    No wifi? No Problem.

High Quality Materials

  • All kit materials and packaging are specifically chosen for their longevity, eco-friendly/composability, or upcycling nature.

Being eco-minded and not creating unnecessary waste is an essential pillar at Fibird. This includes choosing products that can be used over and over again, even handed down or passed on.

  • Wool is biodegradable, water repellent, durable and when raised 'right', sustainable and eco-friendly.

Unlike acrylic yarns that break down into micro-plastics that pollute our waterways; wool breaks down into compost/organic waste that is not harmful to the environment.

I also choose wool because it's heat tolerant, which is a very important factor in creating punch needle projects. Plastic based yarn products melt when heat is added, which turns all of your hard work into a goopy mess. Wool won't do that. And i'll teach you how to add heat in a way that does wreck your piece!

Collaboration Kits

  • If you chose a Fibird original kit you will follow along via video. Brittney will take you through a few simple directions using the elements of principals of design to help you create an original piece of art.

  • If you choose a collaboration kit you will receive a printed pattern of your chosen design. Each collaboration kit supports a Canadian artist!
